tit-tastic tank top tempo tuesday

Weather: hot and sunny

Comments:
drank some electrolytes yesterday and throughout today. I had a pretty big lunch so my stomach was not feeling to hot on the run. Warm-up felt solid and was feeling pretty good for the 2 miles. my legs were feeling a little sore throughout the run which was weird b/c just got back from vacation. hit the tempo and I was feelin pretty good for the first mile but once we got to around 1.5 I dropped back. was good up until 3 miles where I had a major throw up sesh. felt good after that and continued tempo. i didn't have watch so idk what pace. finished around the churches before lansdale, about a mile after we were supposed to finish but wtv. didn't have lightweight trainers. just got to give myself a few days to get back in shape after trip.
