Comments:
first organized/planned workout of the season. warmed up to creek rd, 8mile tempo on the new side wrapping around to the old then back, cool down to the csb turf, form drills, home. the footing was pretty bad from 1.5-8.5, but i guess thats expected from the hurricane. other than that i suppose it went well considering its the longest tempo ive done and my first of the season. i just like to get warmed up with a few 630s then really get going at any impromptu time. but i suppose races arent going to be whenever i feel good.
