Weather: Rainy, 70F

Comments:
Had a cramp beginning the Sav-On run, but that subsided after a while and I got back up to speed. Legs, calves especially, felt cat-sore. Little less than 10 hrs of sleep. Had tempeh, salad, and spaghetti squash for dinner last night... I still like real meat better.
