Comments:
Kell wanted me to try a little more running today. The knee feels much better, no pain just a little bothersome. Start with my warm up on the Elliptical, then down to the track for stretches and a 200. The 200 felt near perfect. Bounced around on the track for a bit. Then went out for a 3 mile run. I had to stop after 1 and stretch it out, it was a bit aggravated. Continues on in half mile increments at a good pace with pick ups as well but stretching the Knee every so often.
