Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Woke up at 5 to do an hour and a half of yoga (reminding me I need to stretch more), then I took my driving five hour course, then went to work, and ran hone from work afterwards, I jumped in the lake and did some swim workout, then got home and stretched, and did a bunch of pushups and pullups, I think it was a good day doing the little things :) plus I made it over sixty miles
