Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
4 x 15s hill sprints. Felt lousy at first (wonder why?) but after like 15 minutes things got easier. Still just kind of sore in general. I don't really feel fatigued, just sore, so I think that is a better sign. As I see it (which is probably wrong), fatigue would indicate overtraining, but soreness indicates simply working hard. I'm doing 75 a week and lifting 2-3 times a week with 5 doubles, so it kind of makes sense. It's still about 9 weeks until championship season, so I don't want to cut mileage yet. I still have a ways to go if I want to reach some of my goals, and I have to keep getting better.
