YMCA run then trail and back

Weather: 61 F, Very Rainy

Comments:
Felt good for the most part. Only issues were a slight side cramp, and a little chafing. Got 9.5 hrs of sleep. Had two slices of pizza and an iced tea at Christopher's for lunch (their garlic pizza is pretty good). The night before I ate spaghetti and meatballs, which might have been the reason why I felt so good running.
