Weather: Weybridge Route. Light drizzle, high 60s
Comments:
Felt like I weighed 500 lbs for the first 3 miles of this run. Legs were still super tight and it was a struggle to keep going. Had to stop and stretch out around mile 3. Felt so much better after doing that. Made the rest of the run much more comfortable.
