Oyo Run Before Plyos

Comments:
Went over the mountain at 3:10 with Austin, Kenny, Sam, and Merwine to meet some other guys because we had to get our run in before plyos. We went on the rail trail again today after doing the Saucon Valley high school loop. I felt good again today even though I felt kind of sick during the day. Me, Ty, Sam, and Knouse flew. I am confident that we have a bright future as a team. Plyos afterwards were a little different today because we did them in the fieldhouse. Field hockey, baseball, and mens and womens basketball were in there at the same time. The rest of our team had already gotten through stick drills when we first got there, so we did them as a group and then did our plyos as a group. Legs hurt a little after those, but I'll be alright.
