Comments:
bad time, but felt surprisingly good. way better than i expected, first day of the week i felt like normal. shoelace came untied right when the race started, and my shoe was wiggling off at my kick.
- two days of good sleep in a row, went to bed at 9:30ish yesterday.
-got in 40 minutes of light swimming to loosen up, i think this helped a lot.
- iced and rolled my legs earlier in the day.
-morning ate couple fig bars, a banana, and drank some vitalyte.
-weather was nice and cloudy, felt a little cold but it was good.
dont know why this past week was so horrible, maybe just the heat and i run better in mornings. should get good sleep before races, maybe swim the night before to loosen up. b vitamins and vitalyte must have helped a lot too, gonna look back on this entry if this happens to me again. need to get my spot back
