Comments:
I was feelin tired on the warm-up and during strides. had half a banana for breakfast so gonna eat more next week. I ran the second leg for out team (Ben, Me, Barge, and Tal) I definitely needed to take it out faster at the start. the race was sorta spread out. rest of the race was steady. at the top of the hill two dumb-assess took a wrong turn so passed them. transition went smooth and 6 mile cool down felt solid.
