Comments:
didn't do farmer's time trial thing up reserve hill which was nice. felt solid up the reserve hill and through guy fleming but after the hill we pushed the pace pretty hard which killed my legs. After the 10 mile mark pace got back on track and the rest of the run was chill. finally feeling back in shape.
