Weather: 49, cool, very windy
Comments:
Stayed inside for warm up and cooldown, did 2 mile tempo in neighborhood. Watch was not working so not sure of pace, mile 1 was about 7:48 and felt pretty good. Mile 2 maybe around 8 and feeling very hard and legs tying up at end. Glad to be running hard again. Did 2 inside and felt pretty good.
