Weather: nice running temp, mid 50s.

Comments:
did the race prep, i was on my own basically the whole way. felt decent, breathing sucked, form was okay i need to get my legs higher though. i felt really tired today and had little energy in me because of lack of sleep.

splis: 8:39, 9:53, 8:02. i think my times are a bit off.. idk the first mile towards the mile marker by the lake seems less than a mile.

did 6x100 meter strides today, partly with the jv guys, and part with kai. also did an extra 100 meters for the refilming of our form.
