Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes.


This time was a bit hard for me. I guess it was because I was moderately tired before the run/walk. I love Grace.
