Comments:
YCP... 15 minute warmup.. then we did the popsicle run
60 seconds on 60 off x's four
6 minutes @ 3K pace out then back making it back to the start, most everyone was within 10 seconds 3 min. recovery then 60 x's 2 to finish
2k barefoot cooldown.
Great Job by the Ladies on this workout..
