Comments:
2400, 1600, 800, 1600, 800, 1600 (8:47,5:22,2:32,5:21,2:34,5:21). After the first 2 reps the loop was reduced to 800m from 831m. Never really felt too great during this workout. I think the throat thing I was dealing with yesterday/today didn't help. Or the lifting I did last night. Or a lot of things. Not too worried though; I think mentally I'm prepared for Saturday.
