Comments:
Heel hurt pretty bad for the first five minutes, then it became ok for the rest of the run. Clara doesn't want me to do the workout tomorrow but I'll see how I feel when I wake up. Heel feels pretty good right now though. Still optimistic that I won't miss too much more time.
