4 by 8. ranged from 2:34-6 i think. then surprise 8 and 4. so 5 8's and a 4. been sort of down on myself and not being able to dig deep / thinking too negatively in races and stuff. just haven't had the cross country vigor that i had freshman year. also i still feel sick, which is annoying. i've just been feeling like i need to prove myself to myself. today was good, felt like i did that a bit towards the end of the workout. for the second lap of the 5th 800 i dug deep at the 300, acting like i was racing it, and managed to finish ahead of the pack. most importantly i got my knees up - have yet to finish a race this year with a real kick. and the 400 wasn't really too bad for me or anyone, 67 or so for that. hopefully i'm working my way out of this mental rut and can be more agressive at the end of salesianum...
