welp, humidity's still around that's for sure. went up to the reservoir for some 1200s. it was a little blustery up there at times, but a perfect spot for this workout. didnt want to over-do it for paul short like i did for ud so only did 4 but at a quicker clip. Pretty happy with the progression as well. Kept the recovery at 90sec.
Splits: 3:59, 3:53, 3:50, 3:46.
