Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
I worked on my arms and chest today. Doing 3 set of 10 reps of bench, incline, decline, curl, and flye. I also did 3 set of 15 reps of assisted chin-ups. After which I concluded my workout with a cool down jog for a mile.
