great workout. 2000, 800, 800, 400, 400, surprise sedgewick.  was very happy with my splits, significantly picked up the pace each interval.  7:00, 2:34, 2:27, 66, 61.  felt good for most of it too, felt like my legs finally woke up this season, hopefully a breakthrough is coming...
