Weather: 74 degrees, no wind

Comments:
I had to make myself go out this evening, I was tired, I didn't feel like running, but I wanted to get the miles in. I ran intervals based on segments of my route, from mile 3 to mile 4 ran a 6:40 miles, then easy the rest of the way in. I'm glad I went out, I feel good.
