Comments:
Did 3 sets of about 15, 13, 13 squat thrust jumps, each time to (roughly speaking) exhaustion, which turned out to be about 13 jumps or 45 seconds. Then had a minute and a half rest in between.
Motivation for doing this, just that I want to make sure I don't drop anything that is working, because it seems to be going well so far.
