Comments:
went after gp and shopping, about 7:30, so was hungry etc. wore longs probably first time for this years training. felt good right from the start trying to do race simulation running smoothly and charging ove the tops of the climbs. ran slightly faster on the first lap I think around 10.20, but still felt fast on 2nd lap. v tired afterwards.
