Ran this workout with Kevin and Andy on Kevin's high school track. Started on the warm up and we all had to go to the bathroom pretty bad, so we ended up doing over 3 miles warming up to get to a bathroom and we nixed the 30 on 30 off mile. When we got back to the track, a peewee flag football game was going on on the field but we decided to run the workout on the track around them anyways. Lots of moms were watching us, but we didnt mind. Eased into the first few then hit pretty consistantly for the rest of them. Wind was pretty bad on the back stretch, but we made up for it with the wind to our back on the other side. Pretty good workout for me I would say
