Weather: nice outside, a little windy; indoors a little stuffy

6 150's into the wind at 400 pace with 250 jog in between followed by a 600 at the meet. 150's were very solid, hit 20.5 pretty consistent with 20.3 on the 2nd to last one. Legs were pretty tired afterwords. 600 was pretty eh, legs felt very FLAT the whole way so just kind of cruising.
