WoW! I spent the last two days doing home improvement on the outside of the basement windows. 3+ hours Sunday and 1+ hour Monday, squatting or kneeling. HOLY CRAP! My glutes are RUINED.

Luckily, I was able to grind out 6 miles today, BUT I beat an old dude on a bike UP Relyea.
