Herring Run Workout

Comments:
8x1000 with 3 @ T, 5 @ I, then 4x200 @ R. 3:23,3:20,3:21,2:58,3:03,3:02,3:00,2:55. My 3-4:15 class got out at 4:35, so I was late to the workout and basically did threshold the whole way there (it took 15 minutes compared to the usual 18-19). I felt pretty good in the workout though, but I think we cut the loop a little short and that was why the interval pace felt easier. Anyway it was pretty good.
