Ran Home, took long way

I spent most of yesterday and today eating cake and feeling guilty. I decided to make amends by adding up all the extra calories I ate and runnning them off. I worked out I ate about 1000 extra today, and maybe 500 yesterday. I walked about 120 of those off yesterday, so that leaves about 1400, I just need to run an extra 10 miles. Given that I can't actually run an extra 10 miles because I wouldn't be able to walk after, I worked out a route which added 3.5 miles, which takes me down to about 1000 calories over. Then I spent the run home working out other ways to balance it out. I settled on having a fairly calory controlled tea and not snacking etc. I think this brought me down to about 400-500 calories over budget, which is still not acceptable, but hopefully not too much harm done and get back to the plan now.
