Weather: Very cold with a major (for Wilm) snow flurry

Comments:
run 3 min, walk 2 min, run 3, walk 2 etc
The first 3 min run gets me out of breath even though the pace is not fast, but it gets easier with each 5 min interval
What the heck is a fartlek?
