I actually ran 10 on this run but am putting 15 so that weekly mileage doesnt get screwed up since i did 15 saturday. Couldn't run yesterday since I planned to run when I got home and it took 8 hours to get back from Virginia Tech in the heavy traffic. Needed to double today since I took yesterday off. Did saturday's run in the morning. I woke up relatively early, around 8:15, and greeted momski with a hug and kiss. The I headed out down Ijamsville at a decent clip and onto 1:44. First mile was 6:27. so i was not running nearly as slow as I wanted. In fact, I didn't get over 6:40 until the 8th mile of the run. I took a humongous shit in the woods in chris's neighborhood and thought of all the times we will shit together this summer. Ran camelot court and added on a little in the neighborhood. construction on mahogany was disappointing. Another run to do later.
