Druid Mansion Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2200,2200,3300,2200 @ T pace with 1 minute between. Ran 3:17,3:22,10:56,3:18. Got heat and stim before practice, and my foot felt ok for a bit. During the workout it wasn't too bad but the pain was definitely noticeable. Clara says it's a muscle spasm but I am unconvinced as of yet. During the workout I felt pretty lousy the entire time. I've had maybe 9 hours of sleep since Sunday so I just don't feel good. I think that is the main problem though. By the time we got to the 3300 I started gutting it out and finished well enough.

After the workout my foot continued to hurt but it's not really any worse than it was during the day.
