Felt ok, didn't push the pace or anything. Foot is feeling pretty good. The new shoes are helping with that I think.

Nice to see the log working again.

Also just to make a note here, my foot starting feeling better last Wednesday, and it's gradually gotten better since then. Not getting treatment over the weekend has kind of slowed down the recovery process, but I think I should be ok. I feel completely prepared to run at conferences.
