Comments:
I love the towpath. We did the timed Michigan with 5:00, 3:45, 2:30, and 1:15 hard intervals, a minute in between everything, and 6:00 tempos. For being incredibly sore, the workout went good and I felt really good after moving around for a while. It was a beautiful morning too. Good times.

Stretching, Rolling, Abs, Hips, Push-Ups.
