Herring Run Workout

Comments:
6x1200 @ T, 4x40s @ mile pace. 3:45,3:35,3:37,3:37,3:36,3:37. Think the loop was ~1100 (obviously not 1200) but consistent once we figured it out. This was pretty easy and felt appropriate for the week of conferences. Foot was not too much of an issue.
