Weather: Cold and Windy with this really annoying long stretch of ice from 0-100 meters on the track
Comments:
6 600's w/ 3 minutes rest was the goal but didn't work out like that, ended up only doing 5 and an extra 200 1 minute after the 5th. 1:38, 1:38, 1:41, 1:40, 1:40, 200 in 29. Fried after the 4th one so just did what I could. Came through in 31-32 and 64-65 on all but always having to slow down because of the ice on the first turn which was really annoying so they were definitely worth a little faster. Overall good workout
