20lbs - 8 curls [2 reps]
22.5lbs - 8 curls [1 rep]

Squats:
95 lbs [1st, 2nd, and 3rd time] [115 lbs 4th rep]
Situps:
15 [unbelievably sore so very difficult]

Repeat squats and situps 3x.

Treadmill: 30 minutes for 4.4 miles.

Comments: So much easier running today over yesterday. Still got a pretty good sweat going from running such a short distance but I'd have to say it was probable 50% easier running the 4 miles today than it was yesterday. Legs feel fine, but I'm trying to get my cardio back in shape.
