Comments:
felt ok, got enough sleep for a change. struggled a bit with digestion before start. it was the anti-clockwise version of the fryent course, the rain had no effect on most of the course, just one slippy patch at the start of the woods. I was running well on first lap, somehow just went loopy and went in the red for a few hundred metres, overtook a few people and moved up to about 6th, then lost places all the last two laps ending up 20th. at least it's better than last years 36th.
