Short Hilly Laps at 5k pace+

Instead of the usual lap at oakhill, I just did the part with the climbs at the top, but tried to run it as a fast interval with a minute rest at the end of each lap. It's just under a mile per lap, and I did them at 5:15 or so. Did 3 laps, felt like quite a hard session.
