Weather: Not bad, a little warm

Comments:
5xmile @ I with 3 minutes between, then 4x400 @ 70s with 90s between. Ran 4:58,4:59,4:59,4:59,4:59,67,68,71,69. This was a hard workout, but I felt good so it seemed to go pretty well. I never really felt like I was struggling until maybe the last 600/800 of the last couple miles. My legs would get a little tired during this time and my breathing would get a little worse. I was surprised though because my breathing was pretty controlled for the whole thing though. On the first 400 I got antsy and ran a 32 so that accounts for the faster time. Tried to stay in control after that but I miss running at a faster pace like that so it was hard.

Seemed like everyone had a pretty good workout so I think it's built up our confidence, which is good. I want to spend this week getting everyone confident (though not necessarily psyched up- as per my talk with Bobby).
