Comments:
I'm starting to enjoy racing a little bit. Rather late than never, I suppose. Very surprised at my first mile, which was 6:09. Definitely slowed down in second half of the race though. Relative to my normal training, I've done a lot in the past two days, so my legs were tired and my hamstrings were tight. Ran 21:26, which is 20 seconds off my PR, which is too bad.
Went to the doctor today and got an x-ray on my foot. I have plantar fasciitis. I'll have to go to PT, but I'm allowed to keep running, which is good. I'm pretty sure that doctor does triathlons, so he knows what's up.
