Weather: indoors and great outside

6x200 with 3 minutes rest a little faster than 800 pace going 27, 27, 27, 27, 27, 27. Felt like yesterday except minus soreness (for seemingly first time in months). The only thing that got increasingly difficult in this workout was using my arms, they were pretty tired by the end. Overall pretty medium workout. Cooldown felt really good too.
