Comments:
ran 17 minutes total, ran about 8 with the varsity and then turned around. I felt fine with the varsity but after turning around felt awful stopped to walk once, nonetheless a good day, I'm headed in the right direction by the end of this week i should be able to get up to 30 minutes and 10 striders. Next week will be more of the same and then I can get right back into the workouts, gotta beat Gurbux and Gurjaap! Finished the run with 6 strides.
