Comments:
If I was going to be here for the track season I would have to come up with a better title than "Track Workout" for every Tuesday I guess.
6x1000 @ T with 45s rest, then 4x200 @ I with 200 jog recovery. 3:20,3:20,3:24,3:19,3:20,3:20,36,37,37.36. This was not supposed to be difficult and it wasn't. I liked the fact that everyone stayed together and we traded off leads. My shins hurt somewhat but for the most part they are ok.
I like the position we are in right now and I think if we get in the right mindset this week we can be very successful.
