Just a short 21 min. run. I felt awesome the first 10, but then the annoyances crept in. Shins hurt a bit and legs got a bit stiff, I slowed noticeably the 2nd half, but I beat my expectations for how I thought I was going to feel. Very fun recovery run (good rhyme). It was good to feel some pain and get the blood pumping.
