Winter cycling. Take it easy.
Planning this week training, don't want to drop too many miles. Dropped 5 on Thursday last week to rest, then added 4 on Saturday, dropped 7ish on Sunday. About 8 miles. If I add the 3 I would usually do tonight, that's about 11 miles. I think I will try to do a 10 miler while Tairu at training tonight, then switch back to normal for weds and I'm off Thurs so do a 10 miler in the morning instead of two 5s, rest Friday and smash the 5k on Saturday, normal long run on Sunday.
