13:40 warm up..Left side cramp walking around in school and on the warm up. Workout was 400,200,200 A lot of rest and at achievable paces. Very happy about that. Eric and I controlled our group because they cannot pace a workout. 1:18, 38, 37...1:17, 37, 36...1:15 (out harder) 35, 34..Went out in 34 and Eric said go ahead and let me go. Was annoyed with Cody and Brendan had to leave them. 1:06, 38, 40..Solid workout little fast on the last set. Running the 4x8 for fun this weekend not trying to hurt myself doing 3 events this early, looking at the season as a whole not focusing to much on these early races. Going up to 30 this week.
