Comments:
Decided to do some speed today. Called up Kiley for some 2s did a 10min warm up and some strides then 6 fast 2s and another 10min cool down had meeting with coach after which I thought went pretty well. Legs were tight in the last 50m of the last 2 or 3 reps but felt good to do some speed and my foot/ shins did not hurt which ws encouraging.
