Comments:
warmed up really well and put icy hot on for my hamstrings. Ran the thousand with noah, we kept switching the lead until the last lap when i held it. I won it with a 2:41 which i was pleased with. it felt pretty short and not all out, so hopefully i can go faster in it latter on. The ithaca "cornell cough" was horrible. I kept warm until the 600 where i came in 4th in my heat, 7th overall. Then kept warm until the 400 so my hips and hamstrings didnt seize up too much. Went 56.5 in the 400, our team came in second behind horseheads.
